Women & Their Family Finances…

Pam's Page 3 - "Finances"Empowering women involves giving them the opportunity to control their own destiny, our home-based business does that. She may build this business with or without her husbands participation. However, true empowerment requires unburdened freedom that can only be granted by the family.

This begins when she sits down with her family and shares her reason for joining. It could be that she wants to help with the family finances. Maybe she wants to improve her self-esteem by accomplishing something outside the home. Perhaps there is a specific goal in mind, like a private education, a special family vacation or a new wide-screen television. Maybe she’s tired of working in a dead-end job and wants the ability to fire her boss. Whatever the individual goal, the main purpose of the initial discussion is to clearly communicate that her motivation is to help the family!

Then we need to begin our calendar planning by blocking out time for family, before planning business events. Nothing is more important than family. There will always be plenty of time available to build a wonderful business – a business that empowers everyone.
