Visited Sheri's blog. Very refreshing and inspiring blog. She must take after her mother. This books looks interesting, hope I don't have to be French to lose weight. Blessing. ac
Over the last year I have been reading more about healthy eating. I have noticed that all of the writers talk about not eating on the run, sitting down while eating and no eating in front of the television. We tend to eat more when we are doing these things because we are not focusing on what we are putting in our mouth and listening to our stomach telling us when we are full.
Thank you Sheri for taking the time to give the book a reveiew.
